Training description:

This course provides guidance to define and use a framework detailing the error-prevention tools in a way that will develop both skills and behaviors through supported and structured coaching against clear measures.

A major concern when working in a team is communication. This course addresses clear communication techniques, which result in enhanced individual and team situational awareness.

A right balance between theory and practice allow introducing error-prevention tools used in our industry.

Pre-requisites: None

Learning techniques:

  • Classroom-lectures to reinforce knowledge
  • Workshop using a flow loop simulator dedicated to human performance training

Target audience: Nuclear operation and engineering personnel

Applicable technology: This course is technology-independent

Duration: 1 day at EDF Bugey or Saclay Campus

Max number of trainees per course: 12
